Solutions Analyst
A prominent international law firm based in Birmingham is seeking a Solutions Analyst to drive the deployment and optimization of cutting-edge technology solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth implementation of innovative technologies and maximising their impact.
Main Responsibilities:
– Contributing to and supporting the technology strategy for legal solutions.
– Attending industry events and forums to stay abreast of trends and innovations.
– Supporting the functionality of a specific segment of the technology portfolio.
– Promoting the adoption and effective use of new solutions among users.
– Overseeing the maintenance and support strategy for custom-built solutions in a designated area.
– Building strong relationships with external technology vendors.
– Leading the development and implementation of new and innovative technology solutions.
– Monitoring the quality of vendor-provided products and addressing any issues.
– Assisting with change management, training, and communication efforts.
– Conducting research to identify potential new technology vendors.
– Supporting pilot programs to test new solutions.
Experience and Skills Required:
– Proven experience in supporting and executing successful technology projects from ideation through to implementation and evaluation.
– A strong and enthusiastic interest in the impact of technology within the legal sector.
– Proficiency in leveraging Microsoft PowerPlatform and other relevant technologies.
– Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, evaluate, and implement effective technology solutions.
– A solid and expanding knowledge of a specific area within legal technology, such as e-discovery, knowledge management, or data analytics.
– Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
– Capability to identify and implement innovative technology solutions effectively for the firm and its clients.
